Cakes

We craft many of our cakes at night. That way we can concentrate. Because the perfect mousse cake needs no distraction. Precise measurements, exact temperatures and some good tunes to mix in the emotion. One bite and you’ll know what song was playing. Our slices are generous (two hands bro’) and most are gluten free. Resist them if you must, but you’re missing something epic.
